Shipping:
All deliveries within the UK are free of charge.
Overseas shipments are charged at standard Royal Mail Airmail rates plus a small additional charge to cover packaging and handling. All shipping costs (including International Signed For services) are clearly displayed during checkout.
We aim to dispatch your order within one working day of receiving cleared payment.
Proof of postage is obtained for all shipments.
Returns:
Items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in the condition in which they were dispatched.
Please use the Contact Us form to notify us of your intentions to return any items.
If required, we will try to offer a replacement. If this is not possible a refund will be given (excluding initial and return postage & packaging costs).
